In three days, the number of downloads of a new f2p game for iOS called Bubble Mania has reached the millionth milestone, – the authors of the game from Storm8 report.

Thus, “Bubble Mania” has become the most successful game of this developer. Let’s add that it is based on the world-old game mechanics that conquered the world back in the legendary Bust-A-Move (1994), released on a variety of gaming platforms from arcade machines and SNES to Wii and 3DS.   

By the way, despite the fact that Storm8 and its subsidiary studio TeamLava are not written about as often as about other mobile hitmakers (the same Rovio and Zeptolab), this team occupies a worthy place in the elite of developers of games for smartphones and tablets.

Almost all of its mobile products (and there are already more than 30 of them) work within the framework of the free-to-play model. In May, the company announced that over 300 million installations were recorded on 100 million unique iOS and Android devices.  Currently, the DAU indicator is 6 million active users.  We should add that the success of Storm8 attracts the attention of investors who invest a lot of money in it.
