  • Paradox Interactive increased its quarterly revenue to 456 million Swedish kronor (46.8 million dollars), which is 9% more than a year ago.
  • As always, the lion's share of earnings came from PC games, generating 383 million Swedish kronor (39.2 million dollars), up 9.7% year-over-year.
  • Console games brought in an additional 57 million Swedish kronor (5.84 million dollars) for the quarter, with revenue jumping by 78.1%.
  • The mobile segment's share in Paradox Interactive's revenue remains traditionally small. Currently, it generated only 10 million Swedish kronor (1 million dollars, -9%). With the recent sale of the mobile studio Playrion, further income from this segment will become insignificant.
  • Paradox Interactive explained that the revenue growth was driven by the successful release of Transport Fever 3, a transport tycoon game launched at the very end of the quarter on September 29. Additionally, the company highlighted the strong performance of the By God Alone expansion for Crusader Kings III. Meanwhile, the figures for Age of Wonders 4, Stellaris, and Victoria 3 declined compared to last year.
  • Alongside revenue, Paradox Interactive's operating profit increased by 27% to 142 million Swedish kronor (14.55 million dollars), resulting in the operating margin growing from 28% to 31%.
  • The report also noted that during July-September 2026, Paradox Interactive's average workforce was 707 employees, 53 more than the previous year.
