The studio of the creators of Oddmar reached a valuation of $10 million following venture capital investments
Turkish mobile game developers continue to attract investments. This time, it was the studio Mobge Games that announced they had secured funding.

The venture firm Joygrid Ventures invested in Mobge Games. The exact amount allocated to the team was not disclosed, but it is known that thanks to the investment, Mobge Games' market value has surpassed $10 million.
Mobge Games plans to use the investor funds for its further development and the creation of new games. According to its co-founder and CEO, Özgür Taşkın, the studio now plans to dedicate more attention and resources to long-term projects that could potentially gain international market recognition in the future.
Founded in 2012, Mobge Games is best known for the platformer featuring the adventures of the Viking, Oddmar. It is noteworthy that in 2018, Oddmar was among the winners of the Apple Design Award, alongside INSIDE, Alto’s Odyssey, Frost, and Florence.
Interestingly, Mobge Games is at least the third mobile studio from Turkey to secure investor support since the beginning of fall. In September, similar news was shared by Circle Games (which received $25 million) and Arcustin Games (which received $500,000 with a valuation of $10 million).
