This was announced over the weekend by the studio Rebel Wolves, founded by former Witcher developers, on their social media. Also over the weekend, the game's peak concurrent online users on Steam reached 70,000.
▫️The recently imposed 15-hour limit for Xbox Cloud Gaming for Game Pass Ultimate subscribers is not coincidental. According to an unnamed source who spoke to Windows Central, this is the break-even threshold. Further usage of the service by subscribers starts to incur losses. The lack of server memory amid investments in AI also played a role.
▫️Sony Music Japan acquired a 23.29% stake in GungHo Online Entertainment. The latter is renowned for Puzzle & Dragons — one of the first mobile battlers, and also one of the first mobile titles to earn over a billion dollars. A quarter of the company cost Sony's division 28.64 billion yen (about 185.2 million dollars).
