Testronic strengthens its executive team with the appointment of Mike Guttman as Vice President of Senior Partnerships

Testronic has undertaken significant changes in its leadership across various global offices. Mike Guttman has been named vice president of senior partnerships. His prior roles include being a client partner at Keywords Studios and a senior business development manager.

Joining Guttman is Nicole Closson, who steps in as business development manager. Her role will be crucial in broadening commercial reach and supporting partners both regionally and globally.

Closson has a background at Keywords Studios as an enterprise account executive and worked with Unity as a senior account executive handling Parsec and SyncSketch.

In Europe, Mateusz Kałuża has been promoted to QA director based in Warsaw. His experience includes senior testing positions at Lionbridge Games. Commenting on his appointment, Kałuża emphasized Warsaw's combination of extensive QA expertise and developer understanding, underscoring Testronic’s commitment to integrating local and global capabilities for reliable partner service.

Lily Guerreiro has also joined as global partnerships senior manager, bringing her experience as a former global business development manager at Keywords Studios.

The Manila Center of Excellence at Testronic has seen new leadership additions with Daniel Bowie Soriano as senior QA manager, and Ivan Balanay as QA trainer, reinforcing the company’s dedication to the Testronic Academy and nurturing future QA professionals.

Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald remarked on the strategic investments across New Orleans, Warsaw, and Manila, as well as the company's presence in London, highlighting these developments as efforts to enhance their high-caliber services offered worldwide, driven by an emphasis on exceptional talent and expertise.

This month, Testronic appointed Sonia Kerr as CEO, replacing Sharon Baylay-Bell, who has transitioned to the role of company chair. Michael Fitzgerald was also announced as CRO, and Samantha Williams as CCO, marking a significant restructuring at Testronic. Both Fitzgerald and Williams bring extensive experience from their prior roles at Keywords Studios and within Testronic itself.
