Testronic enhances its senior leadership team by appointing Mike Guttman as vice president of senior partnerships

Testronic has increased its leadership team through several strategic appointments worldwide. Among them, Mike Guttman steps into the role of vice president of senior partnerships, having formerly held a position as a client partner at Keywords Studios and managed senior business development.

Nicole Closson, joining as a business development manager, aims to enhance commercial operations and strengthen partnerships both regionally and globally. Her previous experience includes roles as an enterprise account executive at Keywords Studios and a senior account executive at Unity, focusing on Parsec and SyncSketch.

In Poland, Mateusz Kałuża is now QA director in Warsaw, bringing extensive experience from his previous senior testing roles at Lionbridge Games. Kałuża remarked on the synergy in Warsaw, emphasizing its combination of expertise and understanding crucial to developers, which is bolstered by Testronic's global network.

Lily Guerreiro has been named global partnerships senior manager, with her background as a global business development manager at Keywords Studios enriching Testronic's leadership.

Further bolstering Testronic's Manila operations, Daniel Bowie Soriano has been named senior QA manager, joined by Ivan Balanay as QA trainer. These appointments mark a significant step in expanding the Testronic Academy to cultivate future QA talent.

Chief Revenue Officer Michael Fitzgerald stated the company's strategic focus on their Centers of Excellence in diverse locations such as New Orleans, Warsaw, and Manila, is essential for enhancing their global service offerings. He emphasized their commitment to delivering a service that centers on the players and priorities of partners, by investing in exceptional talent.

This follows earlier changes where Sonia Kerr took over as CEO, succeeding Sharon Baylay-Bell who shifted to company chair. Fitzgerald, formerly a client partner at Keywords Studios, was named CRO, with Samantha Williams assuming the role of CCO, continuing her trajectory from Testronic's global CRO and head of Europe. Testronic appointed Sonia Kerr as CEO, transitioning from Sharon Baylay-Bell who became company chair.
