Testronic has named Sonia Kerr as its new CEO, while Sharon Baylay-Bell takes on the role of company chair

Sonia Kerr has been appointed as the new CEO of Testronic, following Sharon Baylay-Bell's transition to the position of company chair.
Kerr, who formerly held the position of chief financial officer at XR Games, is known for her experience in guiding digital businesses through significant growth and change.
Under Baylay-Bell's leadership as CEO, Testronic underwent a notable period of transformation, enhancing its global Centres of Excellence, adopting a fresh brand image, and executing a strategy centered on being Player-Focused, Partner-First, and Outcomes-Led.
Testronic has also announced the appointments of Mike Fitzgerald as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Samantha Williams as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Fitzgerald, who joined Testronic as a senior business development manager in 2018, previously worked as a client partner at Keywords Studios.
Williams became a part of Testronic in 2025 initially serving as a strategic advisor and later advancing to the roles of CRO and global CRO, overseeing Europe.
Earlier this year, Mike Wallen became president and main board director of the firm.
The executive team at Testronic is committed to backing its long-term plan to invest in specialized skills across its Centres of Excellence located in Warsaw, Manila, and New Orleans to ensure a consistent, scalable, and player-focused service for its client partners.
