Testronic has named Sonia Kerr as its new CEO, following Sharon Baylay-Bell's transition to the position of chair.

Kerr, whose previous role was chief financial officer at XR Games, brings experience in steering digital companies through growth and change.

During Baylay-Bell's time as CEO, she focused on global expansion, rebranding, and strategic growth initiatives.

Additionally, Testronic has appointed Mike Fitzgerald as Chief Revenue Officer and Samantha Williams as Chief Commercial Officer. Wallen, once a client partner at Keywords Studios since 2018, also advances within the company.

Williams, who joined Testronic as a strategic advisor in 2025 and later served as CRO and head of Europe, has been integral to the team.

Earlier in the year, Mike Wallen took on the roles of president and main board director.

The leadership team will back Testronic's goal of investing in specialized skills at its Centres of Excellence located in Warsaw, Manila, and New Orleans. This is aimed at maintaining a high standard of delivery for their clients.

Kerr commented, "Testronic has garnered a reputation as a reliable QA partner within the gaming industry due to its expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences."

She added, "I am eager to work with the talented teams, clients, and partners to continue our path of innovation and growth, helping to shape a remarkable future for gaming."

Baylay-Bell expressed, "Leading Testronic during a transformative time was a profound experience. As I move to chair, I am confident in Sonia's leadership and the team's capacity to drive us forward into a promising new phase."
