Supercell is dissatisfied with the performance of mo.co. The game is losing its audience
The mobile action RPG about battles with monsters, mo.co, is a game with a challenging history. It was released in March 2025 and has already undergone a major relaunch. Now it faces another round of radical changes, prompted by Supercell's unmet expectations.

The Finnish company discussed issues with mo.co in the game’s blog.
"Frankly speaking, [after the relaunch], mo.co is not performing as well as we had hoped. Although some aspects, like the new weapons and gameplay changes, seem promising, the game cycle quickly bores most users, leading to their decline. On the other hand, the average playtime for those who remain in the game is extraordinarily high," wrote Supercell.
According to Supercell, at this point, mo.co appears more like a niche product that does not captivate a broad audience.
Supercell is notoriously known for "killing" its insufficiently successful games, but mo.co has been spared for now. The company hopes to rectify the situation through innovations, which the project team has already started working on. It does not rule out that mo.co might still close, yet Supercell calls this scenario "unlikely."
