CodeDev Group has announced the establishment of their new development studio, Full Spectrum Interactive

CodeDev Group, often referred to as The Unreal Guys, has unveiled a new development facility named Full Spectrum Interactive.

This studio is run by a team of seasoned UK industry professionals, including studio head Matt Southern, CCO Christian McKinney, and CTO Rob Williams. Additional leadership is provided by group chair Rik Alexander, group CEO Myke Parrott, and group BD director Nina Cliff.

Full Spectrum Interactive aims to create small to AA games and is in the process of developing original prototypes. The studio will also extend complete project co-development services.

The team will draw on expertise from The Unreal Guys and its optimization division, The Performance Guys, to bolster engineering, design, and technical art capabilities.

CTO Rob Williams expressed, "Access to the CodeDev team is a great luxury for a small studio like us." He highlighted that the studio can efficiently recruit experienced senior staff and adjust team size after a project concludes without losing jobs or organizational knowledge.

Williams continued, "This low-risk environment allows us to assemble the perfect team for each project without compromise."
