8 million copies of Resident Evil Requiem and 2.5 million copies of Pragmata have been sold
In its quarterly report, Capcom also announced the sales figures of its two latest major releases — Resident Evil Requiem and Pragmata.

According to the company, both games reached new sales milestones by the end of June. It took Resident Evil Requiem four months to hit the 8 million copies mark, while Pragmata reached 2.5 million copies in two and a half months.
Additionally, Capcom boasted that the total sales of the entire Resident Evil franchise amounted to 213 million copies by June 30. As a reminder, six months prior — on December 31, 2025 — the sales were considerably more modest, totaling 183 million copies. Clearly, it's not just Resident Evil Requiem that's in demand among gamers, but also the older entries in the series.
Recall that Resident Evil Requiem was released on February 27, 2026, and Pragmata on April 17, 2026. They are available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2.
