Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem is set to be discontinued in October 2026

The mobile game Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem is slated for closure on October 15, 2026. It was initially released by Aquiris Game Studio and Scopely in 2018. The game will vanish from app stores on August 23, with social media accounts becoming inactive on August 16.

Players have the option to make in-game purchases until August 16, and they can reach out for support up until the closure.

A recent blog post expressed the difficulty of the farewell, stating: "For years, alliances formed in this community have blossomed into genuine friendships, and players have experienced countless battles and laughs together. We've seen 'Toonsters' evolve from strangers into teammates, and ultimately into true friends. We don't take that lightly, and it is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to this fantastic community."

Until the game shuts down, players will receive giveaways and free items.

Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem is one of several mobile games scheduled for closure. Recently, Nintendo announced that Mario Kart Tour will cease operations in September 2026. Unlike Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, which will offer an offline version after its closure in 2024, no offline alternative is planned for these games.
