After the success of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, Saber Interactive has been flooded with offers to create new games
In 2024, Saber Interactive released Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 — a hit action game whose audience surpassed 12 million people this April, as reported. According to the studio's creative director, Tim Willits, the game's release significantly improved the team's standing in the industry.

In a conversation with The Game Business portal, Willits shared that the buzz around Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 attracted the attention of numerous companies to Saber Interactive. Owners of various franchises received another confirmation that the studio knows how to craft quality licensed games and were eager to form partnerships. As a result, the studio received a flood of collaboration offers.
“We have built a reputation as a studio that excels with licensed franchises. Right now, every major rights holder wants to release a video game. That's just how it is. Practically everyone. Therefore, we find ourselves in a very fortunate position: we have to decline more often than we accept. I can’t name names, but… you know you’ve made it when you turn down offers from those guys. It’s really nice to be in that position,” Willits stated.
Saber Interactive is indeed in high demand. They are working on a variety of licensed games, including Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, Turok: Origins, Jurassic Park: Survival, and an action game inspired by “John Wick.”
Willits did not rule out the possibility that, given such demand, the studio might begin to expand, potentially through acquiring other teams, but there are no guarantees of this.
