Creative House 2 forms part of Ubisoft's revamped organizational model, each unit holding full accountability for major intellectual properties with support from central business teams. Vantage Studios, formerly the first Creative House including titles like Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six, is now led by Charlie Guillemot, son of Ubisoft's president, Yves Guillemot.

The division will also manage "March of Giants," a multiplayer online battle arena game, which was recently acquired from Amazon. Hartmann is expected to guide the division’s strategic initiatives and shape the development of its portfolio, according to the company.

"Christoph brings the exact kind of leadership needed for Creative House 2," commented Yves Guillemot, Ubisoft's CEO and co-founder. "He possesses a blend of creative and management expertise that will drive our franchises forward, fostering stronger connections with our dedicated fan base."

Hartmann acknowledged the creative expertise at teams like March of Giants, Massive, and Ubisoft studios in Montreal, Paris, and Toronto. He emphasized the aim to provide these teams with the necessary framework and vision to craft compelling experiences that resonate deeply with gamers, echoing the original joy of playing.
