Cronos: The New Dawn has recouped its development costs
Bloober Team announced that the revenue from sales of the action-horror game Cronos: The New Dawn has exceeded its production costs. It took the game nine months to reach its break-even point, with its release on September 5, 2025.

"We had no doubts this moment would come, as the game received an overwhelmingly positive reception from critics and gamers," stated Bloober Team President Piotr Babieno.
The exact earnings of the action-horror game to date have not been disclosed. Although Bloober Team refers to Cronos: The New Dawn as its most expensive and ambitious project, its budget was relatively modest. It is worth noting that last fall, Babieno noted that the development of Cronos: The New Dawn cost less than 100 million zlotys ($27.4 million).
Currently, Bloober Team is working on the expansion Cronos: Lazarus, which is expected to be released in the fall of 2026. The company hopes its debut will lead to further sales growth of the main game.
Cronos: The New Dawn is available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2.
