Roblox has been unblocked in Russia
On June 10, 2026, the gaming platform Roblox became accessible once again to Russian residents. Restrictions were lifted six months after they were imposed.

As reported by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, the platform's owners fully aligned their operations in the country with Russian legal requirements. After this compliance, the authorities agreed to unblock it.
“The corporation has implemented a comprehensive set of measures to further protect children, including launching a mechanism to restrict game access by age groups. Roblox also committed to continuing the fight against the dissemination of unwanted content on the platform,” added the ministry.
It is worth noting that Roskomnadzor announced the blocking of Roblox at the beginning of December 2025. The reason for this was the presence of various prohibited materials on the platform, including content promoting extremism and terrorism.
