The iGaming operator Menace will change owners and undergo rebranding
Menace is an iGaming group that includes an operator, media, and a game studio. Its founder, Dmitry Belyanin, has announced the sale of the operator section of the asset.
After the deal, the operator will be relaunched under a different name, while the media division of the group — Menace Media — will continue to operate as a separate business. The future of the game studio within Menace remains unspecified.
“We are taking a difficult but clean step. The operator is moving to new owners and under a new brand. […] To the team that built the operator — thank you. You released a product that groups twice your size wouldn’t have released. To partners, investors, athletes, and creators — thank you for your trust,” Belyanin wrote on his Telegram channel.
Belyanin did not disclose who purchased the operator or the terms of the purchase.
