Craig Sinel, Executive Vice President and co-founder of Fortyseven, will oversee the UK office. Indigo Pearl was acquired by Keywords Studios in 2020 for £2 million, while Fortyseven joined the group in 2023, though the purchase price was not disclosed. In addition, Keywords secured Italian public relations agency LabCom in 2022.

The merger allows Indigo Pearl to continue serving its client base while benefiting from the expanded capabilities and resources of Fortyseven’s London team. Simultaneously, Fortyseven will explore new business ventures in collaboration with Indigo Pearl.

Fortyseven also introduced a worldwide Creator Relations initiative, tailored to the dynamics of creators and audience engagement. Meghan Camarena, known for her extensive experience in content creation across platforms like YouTube and Twitch, is appointed to lead this initiative.

Sibel Sunar, founder and CEO of Fortyseven, shared, "We cherish our 20-year history and appreciate everyone who has contributed to Fortyseven's journey." He added, "Celebrating this milestone marks the beginning of an exciting phase, as we establish leadership in the UK, team up with the exceptional Indigo Pearl, and roll out our new creator-focused strategy, which empowers us to deliver even greater creative solutions for our clients.”
