- Ubisoft's operating losses reached €1.32 billion. In comparison, a year ago, they were €196.5 million. According to the words of Chief Financial Officer Frederick Duguet, the company had never experienced such significant losses before.
- The consolidated net losses exceeded €1.5 billion, which is six times more than the previous year.
- Ubisoft's revenue fell by 21.8% to €1.39 billion. Its net bookings (deferred revenue) decreased by 17.4% to €1.52 billion.
- North America remained Ubisoft's main market, responsible for 42% of all revenue. This is a 3‰ decrease year-over-year. By platform, the breakdown is as follows: 49% on consoles, 35% on PC, and 7% on mobile.
- The drop in revenue was explained by a lack of strong game releases and restructuring.
- The number of unique users in Ubisoft's console and PC games decreased to 129 million people, down by 5 million from last year. However, the Monthly Active Users (MAU) remained unchanged at 36 million people.
- Over the year, Ubisoft's staff was reduced by 1,200 people. As of March 31, 2026, the company had 16,590 employees.
- The company forecasts that its revenues will decline again in the current fiscal year, but it expects growth afterward. In particular, a "high-quality" lineup of new games from the Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Ghost Recon franchises is anticipated to return momentum. Additionally, Ubisoft is counting on the effects of its cost-cutting program.
- Ubisoft also noted that it does not rule out disposing of part of its assets in the future.
