Bragg Gaming Group acquires Drayton International for $9 million

iGaming company Bragg Gaming Group has signed an agreement to acquire Drayton International. The deal is valued at $9 million, with payment to be made in Bragg shares.

As part of the deal, the company will issue 4.5 million new common shares at a price of $2 per share. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026 after obtaining regulatory approvals and approval for listing the shares.

“The acquisition of Drayton International is a crucial strategic step for Bragg Gaming Group. Through this, we continue to expand our presence worldwide and invest in intellectual property and technology, complemented by the refreshed, progressive image of our brand,” stated Bragg’s CEO Matevž Mazij.

Drayton International specializes in gaming content, user engagement tools, and AI solutions for gambling operators. It holds stakes in five game development studios: Boomerang Studios, Dream Streak Gaming, Rise Gaming, Hit Squad, and Neotopia. The company's portfolio also includes platforms such as Arc Gaming, Vision PlAI, and 3 Shores.
