Nutaku is expanding beyond the "adult games" niche and starting to publish projects for a wider audience

Nutaku, a company specializing in games with pornographic content, has launched the Steam SFW Initiative. This is a program for publishing and scaling mid-core titles for all ages.

According to the company, "after more than 10 years of operating games, we decided to scale our growth expertise from NSFW to mainstream Steam."

As part of the initiative, Nutaku is ready to help with the launch and promotion of both free-to-play and premium mid-core projects — including role-playing games, strategies, and simulators.

Nothing has been disclosed about the terms on which the publisher is willing to work. Nutaku promises to provide future partners with "real UA campaigns," its proprietary attribution technology, and to share "deep Steam expertise."

The company expects developers to have a working game build. Having a Steam page and a demo version would be a significant advantage. Nutaku is not ready to consider ideas and prototypes, only projects moving towards release.

It is worth noting that the number of publishers in the Steam games market is increasing. In April alone, the launch of at least four new ones was announced — Evil Landfall, Nova Assembly, Black Tabby Publishing, and Multifora Digital.
