Andy Norman Becomes COO at CodeDev

Andy Norman has been named COO at CodeDev, a studio specializing in Unreal Engine collaboration. He transitions from his previous position as a studio leader within the Keywords Create Division. CodeDev has recently brought on board talents like technical director Steve Bedford and design director Liam McDonald.

"This marks my third collaboration with Rik Alexander, and it's always proven fruitful," remarked Norman. "Also, CEO Myke Parrott shares a similar drive and dedication."

He continued, "Growth stems from nurturing the right culture and practices. Rather than focusing solely on financial targets, we emphasize fostering partnerships. Understanding partners and investing in mutual success are paramount. This includes establishing solid relationships with both staff and clients, which is vital for sustainable success."

CEO Myke Parrott commented, "Rik and Andy have a proven track record of establishing industry leaders. Our reputation for tackling complex challenges using Unreal Engine has heightened demand, necessitating top-tier operational guidance as we progress.

"Andy excels in scaling culture, making him ideal for aiding our expansion."
