It has been reported that Planner5D, known for its eponymous room planning application, outstripped all other companies in the country in terms of average salary.

According to the Made in Vilnius portal, citing data from the Lithuanian State Social Insurance Fund Sodra, in September, Planner5D employees received an average of €38,700 before taxes. For comparison, the second-place Girteka Group paid its employees €37,900, and the third-place Bonduelle division paid €34,100.

Notably, Planner5D had not previously boasted such a high average salary. According to Sodra's statistics, for the past four years, the average salary in the company was around €7,000-8,000, and only this summer began to rise sharply. However, even in August, the average salary at Planner5D was more than half of what it was in September — €14,800. The reason for this jump remains unclear.

How the average salary at Planner5D has changed according to Sodra

It is worth noting that one of the major shareholders of the company is the Chairman of the Board of Game Insight, Igor Matsanyuk, who, according to Made in Vilnius, owns 17.95% of Planner5D. Meanwhile, Game Insight itself became embroiled in a scandal in 2022: its Russian subsidiary was liquidated, leaving hundreds of employees without pay. The investigations into this matter are still ongoing.
