Redhill Games is set to initiate a restructuring program "soon"

Redhill Games, a studio based in Finland, has disclosed upcoming organizational changes set to start soon. The restructuring initiative will affect a portion of its workforce.

The announcement, shared via LinkedIn, indicated that many talented team members will be impacted. According to Game Developer, the studio employs 70 people across Finland and Cyprus.

The studio emphasized its commitment to assist its employees during this change and invited other companies in the gaming industry to connect for potential employment opportunities.

Redhill Games stressed the importance of maintaining their current projects and promised a seamless transition for teams involved with various Supercell games.

The studio expressed gratitude to its staff, shareholders, and partners, reflecting on their journey that included the launch of the free-to-play shooter, Nine to Five, and contributions to successful games like Overwatch 2, plus other undisclosed projects.

Reflecting on the restructuring, Redhill Games CEO Matias Myllyrinne extended his appreciation to the studio's workforce in a separate post. He commended their creativity, dedication, and resilience throughout their collective endeavors.

Myllyrinne, who previously led Remedy, founded Redhill Games in 2018 along with Wargaming's Mikko Uromo and Milos Jerabek, contributing significant expertise to the new venture.
