The restaurant earned half a million dollars in less than a week

Restaurats is a cooperative medieval restaurant simulator managed by rats. It was developed by the CIS studio toR Studio and published by Polden Publishing.
Restaurats was released on Steam on November 7. According to Kirill Oreshkin, head of Polden Publishing, writing in his Telegram channel, the new release achieved $551,000 in gross revenue and sold 41,000 copies within six days of its launch. Meanwhile, its net income amounted to $475,800.
In the comments to one of his posts about Restaurats, Oreshkin also disclosed the game's production budget. He stated that it is approximately $100,000-$200,000.
Although Restaurats was released less than a week ago, the simulator has already become the second highest-grossing game in Polden Publishing's portfolio.
Below are the gross revenue and sales data for other games published by the company:
- Lessaria: Fantasy Kingdom Sim — $590,200 and 41,800 copies;
- Bus Flipper: Renovator Simulator — $305,300 and 30,700 copies;
- Static Dread: The Lighthouse — $289,100 and 36,100 copies;
- Train Valley Origins — $51,600 and 5,700 copies.
Restaurats has also received favorable reviews, currently holding 90% "very positive" ratings on Steam.
