The release of Terminator 2D: No Fate has been postponed to December 2025. Reef Entertainment, the game's publisher, explained the need for additional time to organize the physical editions.

The game had encountered a previous rescheduling to November, attributed to complications from "ongoing trade and tariff changes" impacting the delivery of physical parts.

In a social media update, the company stated, "The physical components for all editions have finally arrived after the extensive delays affecting our planned launch dates."

The message continued, "Now, our task is to assemble the physical versions, which requires more time."

The publisher added, "We sincerely apologize for the multiple delays. We value your patience and are committed to meeting our community's expectations. Our mission has been to provide the game you deserve, and we are close to achieving that."

The updated release for both physical and digital versions is December 12, 2025.

The initial launch was intended for September 5, but it was subsequently deferred first to late October and then to November 26.
