The free-to-play battle royale game, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt, will cease operations on April 28, 2026. This announcement was made by its developer, Sharkmob, who noted in a statement that there are insufficient active players to justify maintaining the servers.
Since its release in 2022, Bloodhunt has been available for both Windows and PlayStation 5 users. Although it will be playable until April 2026, players are unable to purchase new in-game currency tokens. However, they can still spend any remaining tokens they have collected.
Upon the shutdown of Bloodhunt's servers, the game's digital currencies will lose their value, and it will no longer be accessible on PC or PS5.
In a message to the community, Sharkmob expressed gratitude, highlighting the shared experiences and battles within the game: "Your passion made Bloodhunt unique. We will remember the memories we forged together."
