"Russian developers cannot manage without state assistance when entering the markets of friendly countries"

His comment was made in connection with the signing of memorandums of understanding by APRIORI (the Association of Professionals in the Industry of Game Operations and Development) with Chinese gaming companies HURA Technology and Doujing Technology.
Gorelkin also noted that work is underway to provide such support. According to him, "State support measures must necessarily include compensation for a certain volume of marketing expenses, advertising budgets that our studios and publishers allocate for promoting their products."
The author of the material for the publication "Kommersant" quotes Gorelkin above and notes that "the Russian industry is demonstrating readiness to work openly in foreign markets." In his opinion, "the growing number of international exhibitions participated in by Russian companies speaks to this."
