A major Amazon Web Services outage left gamers without Fortnite, Roblox, and Clash Royale
Monday started with problems. The Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure experienced difficulties for about three hours on the East Coast of the United States. Seventy-three Amazon services were affected.

As a result, at least more than fifty online products began to experience disruptions — across the globe. This included solutions such as Asana, Atlassian, Jira Software, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
The issues also affected the gaming sector. Users of Steam, PlayStation Network, and Epic Games Store encountered access problems. Additionally, representatives of the Fortnite, Roblox, and Clash Royale communities complained about being unable to play their favorite games.
According to the AWS Health Dashboard, by 1:35 PM Moscow time, the issue had been resolved, and most Amazon infrastructure-related solutions returned to normal functioning. The cause of the outage has not been disclosed.
