Lucid Games has appointed leading office design firm Oktra deliver new office in Liverpool, UK.

The company has announced that this new headquarters is aimed at expanding Lucid Games' impact within Liverpool's growing gaming industry. It aims to provide a "creative and inclusive" environment both for seasoned professionals and newcomers to the gaming world.

Located in the Baltic Triangle area, this office is expected to open in November. The company acknowledges that the area’s vibrant street art, skateparks, and converted warehouses resonate with Lucid Games’ innovative ethos. Liverpool is increasingly being recognized as a hub for the gaming industry in the North, with the city’s rich pool of talent driving growth in the creative sectors.

The office has been designed by Oktra, a specialist in office design, and occupies a renovated Victorian grain mill.

Nick Davies, COO of Lucid Games, remarked: "As our studio has expanded over the past 15 years, it has become essential for us to extend our presence while maintaining our roots in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle.

In 2023, Lucid Games, known for Destruction AllStars, was acquired by LightSpeed Studios.
