Infinity Festival announces discussions featuring Disney Games, Naughty Dog, Netflix, and Marvel Games

The Infinity Festival is set to feature a keynote presentation from Jay Ong, the Head of Disney Games Group, as part of its offerings in gaming, sports, and technology. This event is scheduled for October 9-10 at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and the newly inaugurated Sony Pictures Imageworks Mid-Wilshire campus.

Mark Lieber and Adam Newman, the founder and CEO of the festival respectively, expressed excitement about the growth of the Infinity Festival, highlighting the innovative advancements in gaming, sports, and technology.

The event will spotlight key figures like Michelle Wong, Producer of Netflix's K-pop Demon Hunters, Jacky Priddle, VFX Producer, and Josh Beveridge, who leads Character Animation at Sony Pictures Imageworks.

Other notable speakers at the festival include Dolby Laboratories' VP and GM of Cinema & Group Entertainment Jed Harmsen, and senior executives from Nvidia, HP, AMD, the Belgium Economic Mission, Dolby, AWS, and the AI Studio Lab in collaboration with ETC at USC. Vyvx Broadcast Solutions by Lumen will handle the Sports Technology section of the program.

Phil Hong and Scott Shaw of the Programming Team noted that this year’s festival aims to deepen the exploration of how creativity and tech converge, particularly through their new gaming and Sports and Technology programming streams.
