The animated series "Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft" on Netflix is reportedly approaching its conclusion.

According to a report from Variety, the forthcoming release of its second season on December 11, 2025, might be the series finale.

The series, first revealed to the public in 2021, made its debut on October 10, 2024, and quickly received a renewal for another season.

Amazon has slated the start of filming for a live-action Tomb Raider show led by Sophie Turner as Lara Croft, beginning January 19, 2026.

Following its approval in May 2024, the production team includes Phoebe Waller-Bridge, alongside notable names such as Chad Hodge and Jonathan van Tulleken.
