For the seventh year in a row, IGN is partnering with Gamescom Studio, and this year's event is set to surpass previous iterations in scale and excitement.

Gamescom Studio will broadcast live in both English and German from IGN's setup in Hall 7. This year, IGN is also enhancing its reach with local-language broadcasts in Japan and China through IGN Japan and IGN China.

Globally, English-language content will be accessible across IGN's platforms, including Eurogamer and Rock Paper Shotgun. Coverage will also be featured on GamesIndustry.biz.

German viewers can access content on IGN Germany and Eurogamer Germany, while audiences in Japan and China can look forward to broadcasts on IGN Japan and IGN China.

This year’s lineup boasts premieres of significant titles such as Borderlands 4, Infinity Nikki, Stalker, High on Life 2, Marvel's Deadpool VR, Anno 117: Pax Romana, and Invisible Vs.

The Gamescom Award show will take place on the Gamescom Studio stage on Friday, August 22, with streaming set to start at 3pm CEST/9am EDT/6am PDT.

"Our collaboration with Gamescom has become a cornerstone of IGN Entertainment's yearly agenda," remarked IGN Entertainment president Yael Prough.

"We're expanding our reach with local programming in Japan and China this year, ensuring even more gamers get to enjoy the event in their preferred language," she added.

Tim Endres, director of Gamescom, stated: "Our longstanding partnership with IGN continues this year in Cologne. The inclusion of IGN Japan and IGN China highlights the growing significance of Asian markets to the Gamescom event."

"With Gamescom's hybrid format, IGN plays a crucial role in bringing the Gamescom Studio experience to global gaming communities," Endres added.

The Gamescom Studio live stream kicks off at 12pm CEST/6am EDT/3am PDT on Wednesday, August 20, and will run until 5pm CEST/11am EDT/8am PDT on Sunday, August 24.
