The firm aims to increase its size twofold by March 2026 by concentrating on acquisitions and operations in this new region through Felicity Labs Pte. Ltd, establishing their Southeast Asian headquarters. Already present in India and Türkiye, this expansion into Singapore is seen as a strategic move to acquire more intellectual properties and broaden its talent and player reach, focusing on new innovations and international collaborations.

The new Singapore-based entity is expected to significantly grow the company's user base in the area, targeting an increase to over two million users with particular emphasis on rapidly-growing markets such as Vietnam and Thailand.

To facilitate this expansion, Felicity is planning to allocate $1 million in the next 12 to 18 months to develop a strong leadership team, enhance their talent reserves, and strengthen their foothold across the Asia-Pacific region.

The founder and CEO, Anurag Choudhary, noted, "The APAC region boasts 1.5 billion gamers and represents a $70 billion market, making it one of the fastest-growing areas worldwide. Our entry into Singapore is a crucial opportunity to shape the future of gaming here."

Choudhary further explained how the Singapore expansion would enable stronger engagement with regional talent, partners, and gaming communities in a region ripe with potential and a leader in gaming advancements.

Felicity Games has successfully secured a total of $3.7 million through two funding rounds, which includes a $700,000 pre-seed funding round concluded in July 2024.
