Former CEO of VK will now officially manage "Lesta Games"
Rumors have been confirmed that Boris Dobrodeev will take over management of the Lesta Games group of companies. The former head of VK announced his leadership status in a comment to the RBC newspaper.
'World of Warships'
As expected, Dobrodeev did not directly head Lesta Games but took over JSC "IT Technologies." It was this organization that was chosen in early July as the interim manager of the developer of "World of Tanks" and "World of Warships."
Dobrodeev emphasized that Lesta Games will not halt its operational activities. The company does not plan to close any games either. It will continue to develop released titles and work on new ones.
Lesta Games has no plans for layoffs. Moreover, Dobrodeev added, the company is currently planning to "aggressively" hire additional staff.
