Media: Former CEO of VK may take over leadership at Lesta Games
As early as tomorrow, July 24, a new leader will be appointed for the "Lesta Games" group of companies, as reported by RBC sources. According to them, one of the candidates for the position is Boris Dobrodeyev, who previously headed the VK holding.
"World of Tanks"
It is anticipated that formally, Dobrodeyev is vying for the position of head of JSC "IT Technologies." Recall that this company recently became the temporary manager of "Lesta Games." If successful, Dobrodeyev will be able to control the activities of the developers of "World of Tanks" and "World of Warships" through this entity.
Who else is on the candidates list is not disclosed.
Dobrodeyev became CEO of VK in 2016, when the holding was still called Mail.ru Group. Five years later, he announced his departure. Later, he also led USM Telecom and Uzum.
Neither Dobrodeyev nor "Lesta Games" has commented on the information from RBC.
