The legal entity Saber Interactive SGS LLC is ceasing its operations in St. Petersburg
According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE), in early July, LLC "Saber Interactive SGS" began the process of its closure. This was noted by the Telegram channel "Sad Cyberpunk."

The entity is expected to cease existence by July 25, 2026. Its liquidation is being managed by bankruptcy trustee Elvira Konovalova.
Notably, the USRLE extract lists not Saber Interactive itself, but its former parent company, Embracer Group, as the full owner of LLC "Saber Interactive SGS."
Saber Interactive announced its departure from the group back in March 2024. At that time, the Swedish holding announced its decision to close all its divisions in Russia.
The current liquidation may merely be a part of the previously announced plans of Embracer Group. If so, it is likely that the Russian employees of Saber Interactive will not be affected. They have probably been transferred to other legal entities for some time now.
