Fredrik Loving | Senior Vice President and Global Head of Lego Game
Fredrik Loving has been named Senior Vice President and Global Head of Lego Game at The Lego Group.
Loving brings over 20 years of experience in gaming, having started at Dice as a producer and development director for Battlefield in 2007. By 2013, he was head of studio and general manager, a role he held until 2017.
Loving co-founded and managed Goodbye Kansas in Los Angeles after leaving Dice. In 2019, he joined Psyop as Executive Vice President of Digital and Interactive, and in 2020, he became President of Digital Games at Spin Master, a role he fulfilled for five years.
Loving remarked, "I'm thankful for five amazing years at Spin Master and for all the inspiring and talented people I had the privilege to get to know and work with."
Expressing his enthusiasm, Loving added, "I'm excited for my next chapter joining the Lego Group as senior vice president and global head of Lego Game, a brand that I have admired for many years and loved since childhood."
Thomas Wakelin | Social Media and Content Manager, King
Thomas Wakelin has taken on the role of Social Media and Content Manager at King.
Before King, Wakelin worked at The Lego Group as Global Digital Marketing Manager from June 2023 to June 2025.
He began his journey in the games industry with an internship at Microsoft in 2014, where he was a Partner Marketing Executive.
Wakelin later became a social media manager during a summer contract in 2015, returning in 2016 in the same role for two years before stepping up to Social Marketing Manager in June 2019.
Wakelin expressed, "I'm really excited to start my new position at King as their social media and content manager. Watch this space – we are going to have some incredible partnerships, campaigns, and moments to celebrate with players across the world."

Jonathan Zweig | Chief Revenue Officer, Keywords Studios
Jonathan Zweig has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer at Keywords Studios.
Zweig's responsibilities will include collaborating with Keywords' teams and studios to align solutions with partner objectives and improve service delivery through technology.
Previously, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Riot Games and has held leadership roles at Activision Blizzard and The Walt Disney Company.
Zweig commented, "Keywords Studios has built an impressive global presence with exceptional talent. This is a time of change across the industry, but also one full of possibility. Lucy Smith | Senior Level Designer, Sumo Digital
Lucy Smith has advanced to the position of Senior Level Designer at Sumo Digital.
Smith's career at Sumo Digital began in October 2019 as an Assistant Games Designer. She transitioned to Junior Level Designer in 2020, then to Level Designer in November 2021 before achieving her current role.
Her career start was as a Playtester with Hammerhead in November 2018 for 11 months.
Arthur Tolmie | Chief Communications Officer, Pixel Helix
Arthur Tolmie has joined Pixel Helix as Chief Communications Officer.
Before Pixel Helix, Tolmie was the Head of Community, PR, and Communications at Frontier Developments. He began there in 2020 as Lead Community Manager, progressing to Principal Community Lead in August 2022.
In 2007, Tolmie started at Xtreme Gaming as Director. He later joined 2K in 2018 as International Community and Social Manager, then became Global Influencer Marketing Go-To-Market Manager in April 2020. At 2K, he managed AAA campaigns for titles like Borderlands 3 and Xcom 2.
