Fredrik Loving | Senior Vice President and Global Head of Lego Game

The Lego Group has named Fredrik Loving as the new senior vice president and global head of Lego Game.

Loving began his career at Dice in 2007 as a producer and development director for the Battlefield series and later advanced to head of studio and general manager in 2013, a role he held until 2017.

Post-Dice, Loving co-founded Goodbye Kansas in Los Angeles. In 2019, he was appointed executive vice president of digital and interactive at Psyop, followed by a five-year stretch as president of digital games at Spin Master, starting in 2020.

"I am grateful for five incredible years at Spin Master and for the opportunity to work with so many talented individuals," Loving stated.

"I am thrilled about my new journey with the Lego Group as senior vice president and global head of Lego Game, a brand I have admired and cherished since childhood."

Thomas Wakelin | Social Media and Content Manager, King

Thomas Wakelin has been appointed as the social media and content manager at King.

Before joining King, Wakelin served as the global digital marketing manager at The Lego Group from June 2023 to June 2025.

Wakelin's entry into the gaming industry was as a partner marketing executive intern at Microsoft in 2014. In 2015, he assumed a summer contract role as a social media manager and returned in 2016 to continue in that position for two more years before becoming a social marketing manager in June 2019.

"I'm thrilled to begin my new role at King as their social media and content manager," said Wakelin. "Look out for incredible partnerships, campaigns, and significant moments to share with players globally."

Jonathan Zweig | Chief Revenue Officer, Keywords Studios

Jonathan Zweig has been welcomed by Keywords Studios as the new chief revenue officer.

Zweig's responsibilities include collaboration with Keywords’ studios to align solutions with partner goals and improving delivery through technology-driven initiatives.

Previously, he was the chief commercial officer at Riot Games and held senior positions at Activision Blizzard and The Walt Disney Company.

"Keywords Studios stands out globally with its exceptional talent," said Zweig. "The industry is experiencing significant changes, but it also presents vast opportunities. I am eager to collaborate closely with our partners to help achieve their goals and engage with fans in meaningful ways."

Lucy Smith | Senior Level Designer, Sumo Digital

Lucy Smith has been promoted to senior level designer at Sumo Digital.

Smith began at Sumo Digital in October 2019 as an assistant games designer. She later became a junior level designer in 2020 and then advanced to level designer by November 2021 before her current promotion.

Her career started at Hammerhead, where she worked as a playtester for 11 months starting in November 2018.

Arthur Tolmie | Chief Communications Officer, Pixel Helix

Arthur Tolmie has been appointed chief communications officer at the games marketing company, Pixel Helix.

Before this, Tolmie served as head of community, PR, and communications at Frontier Developments. He joined the firm in 2020 as a lead community manager, becoming the principal community lead by August 2022.

Tolmie's gaming career started at Xtreme Gaming in 2007 as director. In 2018, he moved to 2K, first as international community and social manager and then as global influencer marketing go-to-market manager in April 2020. At 2K, he led major campaigns, including those for Borderlands 3 and Xcom 2.
