A temporary manager has been appointed for the "Lesta Games" group of companies. According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, it is JSC "IT Technologies," which was established quite recently—on July 1, 2025.
‘World of Warships’
There is little information about "IT Technologies". It is known that the joint-stock company belongs to businessman Alexey Korotonožkin. As noted by the newspaper "RBC", he has led several small companies at different times, including the "All-Union Scientific Center for the Safety of Bioactive Substances" and the "MZhK ‘Izmailovo’". Since the end of June, Korotonožkin has also headed the "Innovative Scientific Production Center for the Textile and Light Industry," which, similar to "Lesta Games", is currently controlled by the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
"Lesta Games" announced in its official Telegram channel that the temporary manager represents the interests of the state. His appointment will not affect the operational activities of the group or its games.
It is unknown when a permanent manager will be found for the developer of "World of Tanks" and "World of Warships," and whether someone is already being considered for this role.
