The creators of the Kazakhstani game Grand Mobile, styled after GTA, received $750,000 in investments
The Kazakhstan-based studio, Grand Mobile, has raised $750,000. The company aims to use the investment to expand its namesake game, a mobile MMO inspired by the GTA series, beyond the CIS region.

The creators of Grand Mobile also plan to invest the funds in the development of the game and hiring new employees.
The investment came from the venture fund Astana Hub Ventures. As a result of the deal, the market value of the developers reached $75 million.
According to information on the studio's LinkedIn account, Grand Mobile was founded in 2022. In the same year, it released its game on smartphones, which by April 2025 amassed over 60 million downloads and generated more than $30 million in revenue.
