As before, a significant portion of the dividends will be received by key executives of CD PROJEKT. Four managers own 32% of the group's shares, so they will receive a corresponding share of the payouts. Specifically:

  • co-founder Marcin Iwiński will receive 12.65 million zlotys (3.4 million U.S. dollars);
  • co-founder Michał Kiciński will receive 8.43 million zlotys (2.29 million U.S. dollars);
  • Chief Financial Officer Piotr Nielubowicz will receive 6.85 million zlotys (1.86 million U.S. dollars);
  • co-chairman Adam Kiciński will receive 4.04 million zlotys (1.09 million U.S. dollars).

The amount allocated for dividends now is generally standard for CD PROJEKT. The largest payouts in the last five years were in 2021, when following the success of Cyberpunk 2077, the group distributed 503.7 million zlotys (136.7 million U.S. dollars) among shareholders.
