PEAK sold a million copies in less than a week
The cooperative climbing simulator PEAK is selling exceptionally well. Aggro Crab and Landfall Studios announced that their new release was purchased a million times within the first six days.

Aggro Crab was very surprised that "this silly game jam game" was purchased by more people than their soulslike title about a hermit crab, Another Crab’s Treasure, which was released over a year ago. Let's recall, its sales as of August 2024 reached 500,000 copies.
Earlier, Aggro Crab shared that they were burned out after three years of developing Another Crab’s Treasure. They were supposed to start working on Going Under 2, but the project encountered funding issues, and the team decided to take a break. Instead of developing the next major game, the studio organized an impromptu internal game jam and invited Landfall. Together, they quickly created PEAK.
Meanwhile, PEAK's concurrent player count on Steam reached new heights. On Sunday, June 22nd, the number of simultaneous players in the title hit 102,799.
