Neowiz has secured worldwide rights for the first game by Shadowlight, titled "Kill the Shadow"

Neowiz, known for publishing Lies of P, has partnered with the Shanghai-based studio Shadowlight to handle the worldwide distribution of their first game, Kill the Shadow.
According to GamesBeat, Shadowlight expressed that Neowiz aligns with their game development values, appreciating their willingness to form collaborative relationships.
Kim Seung-chul, CEO of Neowiz, remarked, "Our initial attraction to Shadowlight stemmed from their collaborative approach to creating high-quality narrative games for both PC and console players."
He continued, "We are eager to collaborate closely with the team to launch Kill the Shadow on a global scale, hoping that audiences will discover the same allure we found as we share more about the game."
The head of Shadowlight commented on the partnership, stating, "Neowiz is a steadfast global publisher, and we are thankful to have found a collaborator who resonates with our development perspective. With the industry increasingly embracing diverse cultures, having a publisher open to collaboration is crucial for emphasizing meaningful content."
In addition, Neowiz made an $8 million agreement with Zakazane, a developer from Warsaw, toward the end of the previous year for an upcoming neo-Western RPG. This year, they invested $17 million in the Polish studio Blank Game Studios, as well as acquiring a 21% share in the company.
