Rush Royale

Rush Royale has become the third game by MY.GAMES that Chinese authorities have allowed to be distributed in the country. In March 2023, the corresponding license was granted to War Robots, and just a month ago — Hustle Castle.

The company iDreamSky will be publishing the version of Rush Royale for the Chinese market. It is not yet known when its release will take place. For War Robots, the period between obtaining the license and the official launch in China was just under a year. Possibly, the timeline for Rush Royale will be different.

In total, in May, the Chinese regulator issued licenses to 144 games: 130 of which were developed in China, and 14 abroad. The last time so many approvals were granted in a month was before the summer of 2021 — before the start of the lengthy "freeze," which lasted nine months.

Along with Rush Royale, the latest list of games approved for publication in China includes such projects as Destiny: Rising, Disney Speedstorm, Ultraman: Legend of Heroes, Backpack Hero, Cats & Soup, and Grow: Song of the Evertree.
