Jade Raymond, the founder and CEO of Haven Studios, departs from the company

The departure of Jade Raymond from Haven Studios, where she served as founder and CEO, marks a significant change in leadership.
Bloomberg reports that Marie-Eve Danis and Pierre-François Sapinski are taking over as co-studio heads.
Raymond established Haven Studios in 2021. The next year, the studio was acquired by PlayStation Studios. Currently, the team is developing Fairgames, a live-service game revealed in 2023.
The release of Fairgames, initially expected this year, is now anticipated in spring 2026, as noted by Bloomberg.
PlayStation Studios stated, "Jade Raymond has been an amazing partner and driving force behind Haven Studio's foundation."
"Her leadership and contributions are truly appreciated, and we wish her success in her future endeavors."
The new leaders of Haven, Danis and Sapinski, bring years of industry experience. Danis, who became an executive producer at Haven in 2023, formerly held positions including lead producer at Epic Games and senior producer at Ubisoft.
Danis began her career at Ubisoft in 2010 as a lead programmer and transitioned to a producer role by 2011. She later served in roles such as production director in 2013 and producer in 2019 at Ubisoft Montréal.
Sapinski steps up from his previous position as head of production at Haven. Before Haven, he served as senior production designer at Google and accumulated 15 years of experience at Ubisoft, starting in 2004. His work included roles on Prince of Persia: Warrior Within and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.
In 2019, he left Ubisoft after serving as production director for Rainbow Six Siege.
