According to Piscatella, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered climbed to third place just after its first week of sales. The game was released on April 22 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series, including Game Pass subscription.

Currently, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is only surpassed in revenue in the US for 2025 by Assassin’s Creed Shadows (second place) and Monster Hunter Wilds (first place). The specific earnings were not disclosed by the analyst.

Previously, another analyst, Simon Carless from GameDiscoverCo, calculated that by the end of April, the Steam version of the remaster had globally generated $105.4 million. This exceeds the earnings of any other new release on Valve's store last month.

Additionally, Bethesda Game Studios officially announced that within four days of its release, the global audience for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered surpassed 4 million players. Since then, the number of players for the remaster is expected to have grown.
