In the first three months of 2025, MONOPOLY GO! earned nearly $40 million for Hasbro

Hasbro has reported its earnings for the first quarter of 2025, which ended on March 31. Below are the key points related to its video game business.

From January to March, Hasbro earned $887 million. Compared to the previous year, its revenue increased by 17%.
The company's operating profit soared by 47% to $171 million.
The profit was realized thanks to the division that includes Wizards of the Coast and video games. It was the only segment that operated at a profit, while other teams reported losses.
The operating profit of this division was $230 million (+87%), and revenue was $462 million (+46%).

Hasbro also noted that quarterly royalties from the mobile hit MONOPOLY GO! totaled $39 million. The royalty figure from Baldur’s Gate 3 was not disclosed this time.
