Dragon Age: The Veilguard tops the list of nominations for the 2025 Gayming Awards

The Gayming Awards, now in its fifth year, has announced its latest nominees, with "Dragon Age: The Veilguard" leading with three nominations out of 12 possible categories, including the coveted Game of the Year.
Titles such as "Life Is Strange: Double Exposure," "Dragon's Dogma 2," and several others each received two nods. These include noteworthy candidates like "The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered," "Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door," "Fear the Spotlight," and "Caravan SandWitch."
Categories for this year feature recognitions like Best LGBTQ+ Indie Game, Best LGBTQ+ Character, as well as honors for achievements in voice acting and diversity within the industry.
While winners for the Gayming Icon Award and the LGBTQ+ Streamer Rising Star Class Award will be announced in June 2025, the main awards ceremony is set for July 8, streaming on WOW Presents Plus.
Robin Gray, the creator of Gayming Magazine & Gaming Awards, expressed enthusiasm about the broad representation among this year’s nominees, ranging from major titles to compelling indie games, and praised the industry's efforts to promote and support the LGBTQ+ community.
Gray added excitement about the incredible contributions from content creators and voice actors who enrich the LGBTQ+ gaming community.
