The update noted, "Regrettably, this means we can't keep several skilled developers who have significantly contributed to our project and studio environment. These affected individuals are outstanding professionals whose contributions are highly valued."

The studio urged other companies with open roles to consider these developers and encouraged the community to help them find new positions.

The message concluded with an expression of continued dedication to their project and appreciation for the contributions of the team members. It also provided links to the profiles of the 13 impacted employees.

Brass Lion Entertainment was founded in 2019 by Manveer Heir, Bryna Dabby Smith, and Rashad Redic, aiming to create a diverse and inclusive creative studio environment.
