Twitch has teamed up with StreamElements to offer "performance-based sponsorships from marquee brands" directly within streamer dashboards. This initiative aims to enhance monetization for creators across various levels.

The collaboration is designed to raise awareness of StreamElements' top-tier tools and sponsorship opportunities, while underlining Twitch's effort to provide more revenue options to its users.

This partnership marks Twitch’s first instance of incorporating an external partner into its sponsorship dashboard, with StreamElements highlighting these sponsorships as a reliable source of income.

StreamElements CEO Or Perry commented, expressing that the alliance with Twitch affirms a joint goal to prioritize creators and aid them in monetizing their content. He stated, "This collaboration significantly expands access to our sponsorships for Twitch creators of all sizes."

Mike Minton, Twitch’s chief monetization officer, mentioned that the growth of Twitch is closely tied to the community and success of its streamers. Sponsorships play a crucial role in this growth. With the integration of Creator Profiles and StreamElements, streamers can easily promote their channels and link with suitable sponsor opportunities. Therefore, the integration simplifies brand deal processes, thereby aiding streamers in boosting their income.

Twitch has maintained steady watch times, recording 18.9 billion hours viewed in 2023, compared to 18.5 billion this year so far.

The StreamElements State of the Stream 2024 report suggests that a potential factor for the stable viewership is the shift of creators to various platforms or choosing to multistream to expand their audience reach.
