Brian Foote has been named the new CEO of Fireshine Games
Brian Foote has been confirmed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Fireshine Games.
Foote, who initially joined the company in 2024 as the chief business development officer, takes over from the retiring founder, James Cato.
With more than 20 years in the field, Foote's background spans roles in retail and publication, including positions at Amazon, Team17, and Microsoft, along with a prominent role on PlayStation's global third-party team.
"Fireshine Games has experienced significant expansion in its digital sectors recently, and 2024 marked substantial victories with the launches of Core Keeper and Shadows of Doubt," Foote remarked.
He further mentioned, "We have developed a formidable publishing team and a robust business infrastructure, allowing us to navigate the industry's tough landscape. Our release plans for 2025 and beyond hold exciting prospects we’re eager to unveil to our audience."
"Meanwhile, our commitment to offering comprehensive publishing and co-publishing services to both new and ongoing partners remains steadfast."
Fireshine, founded in 2014 and previously known as Sold Out Games, has provided co-publishing services for various companies including Neowiz on Lies of P, Playstack for Balatro, and Rebellion with Sniper Elite: Resistance.
